Project ‘Anantam’ Details
Ganga Realty plans to build very tall luxury homes called ‘Anantam’ in Gurugram, Sector 85, near Dwarka Expressway. The project will have three towers, each with 59 floors. This company, based in Delhi-NCR, will spend Rs 1,200 crore to make the tallest luxury homes in Delhi and Gurugram. They believe the project will earn Rs 2,000 crore in sales.
Luxurious Living Spaces
‘Anantam’ will have 524 units of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, each with a servant’s room and a utility room. Prices will start from Rs 16,500 per square foot. The 3-bedroom apartments will be 2,392 square feet and the 4-bedroom apartments will be 3,101 square feet. The project will be close to the Global City project, NH-8, and a 20-minute drive from IGI Airport. ‘Anantam’ will cover about 5.29 acres and have three towers with 59 floors each.
Modern and Eco-Friendly Features
Vikas Garg, Joint Managing Director of Ganga Realty, said that ‘Anantam’ will not only be very luxurious but will also use smart home features to improve living. He said, “We hope to finish this project in the next five years. It will be well connected to IGI Airport, the Global City project, and important parts of Delhi. These will be the tallest homes ever built in Gurugram and Delhi. We want to create a Dubai-style living experience in Gurugram.” The project will also be eco-friendly, with solar panels, water recycling systems, onsite water treatment, and EV charging stations.
