
The Noida Authority residential plots scheme has started, and you can apply until January 25. These plots cost between ₹27 lakh and ₹2 crore.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is offering 10 residential plots in four sectors: Sector 2, Beta 2, Delta 2, and Sigma 2 in Greater Noida. These plots are close to the Yamuna Expressway, which connects Greater Noida to Mathura and Agra.
The plots are different sizes, from 51 square meters (sqm) to 500 sqm. The smallest plot, in Sector Beta 2, costs ₹26.75 lakh. The largest plot, in Sector Sigma 2, is 500 sqm and costs over ₹2 crore.
How to Apply
To join the Noida Authority residential plots scheme, you must register before January 25. After registration, the plots will be sold through an e-auction. The exact date for the e-auction will be shared later.
Once the auction is done, plot possession will be given within 30 days after all formalities are completed.
Price Details
- Seven plots are in Sector 2, each 220 sqm, costing ₹1.14 crore to ₹1.2 crore.
- A 200 sqm plot in Delta 2 is priced at ₹1 crore.
- The smallest plot, 51 sqm, in Beta 2, costs ₹26.75 lakh.
- The largest plot, 500 sqm, in Sigma 2, costs over ₹2 crore.
Payment Details
- You need to pay 10% of the reserve price to register for the e-auction.
- If you win the bid, you must pay 25% (including the registration amount) within 15 days of getting the allotment letter.
- The remaining 75% can be paid in two ways:
- Full payment within 60 days for a 2% discount.
- Four quarterly EMIs with simple interest within one year.
